ME Drive raid on claimed base - Needs investigation

Our Clan home town got raided yesterday, specific time is unknown. 
Because of this raid we lost some blocks of the ME autocrafing multiblock, the Storage cells along with our ME Drives, that what you see in the photo below is the place where our drives were, this screenshot was taken after the incident and after we placed some drives to get the base up and running.
There were also random blocks broken around the base, as you can see in this imgur link: http://imgur.com/a/lPglK

so how the stealer steals your stuff by drone is

he uses GPS and how does he use it ?

takes it in his hand goes to the block he wants to steal then right click with the GPS to that block and that block coordinates will be in the GPS

after that he links the GPS with the drone from a station table or whatever it is then he uses the drone and the drone teleports to that area where the GPS set to

then it just start it work !

I was talking about this one, and yes, I've developed a security system to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for the advice.
