So, you're amongst the few that took up the challenge... of playing RLCraft!
 
Through this guidebook, I shall give my best to give every new player a (relatively) smooth start at this nightmare!
When I said relatively, I meant that there will always be moments when you're cornered and there's no where to go and the only exit is DEATH.
 
PART 1. THE BASICS
 
Firstly, when you have successfully registered, you're given a piece of stick and a golden shovel. For now, this is irrelevant, so you can stash it in your inventory. 
After that, and I can't stress this enough, you should definetly go and /vote. It's pretty important because of 2 reasons:
1. it keeps the servers' popularity (duh)
and
2. you get VOTE KEYS!
Vote keys are pretty important for only one reason: it's the only way to get your starter gear easily!
 
There are 3 types of vote crates:
1. The ordinary ''Vote'' Crate
2. The ''Legendary'' Crate
3. The ''Mystic'' Crate
 
You can check the contents of each crate by left-clicking the crate you're interested in. 
You can open crates with the correct key by right-clicking the crate.
 
So, after you got your starter gear...it's time to do some EXPLORING!
As terrifying as it may sound, it really isn't. But, you need to keep in-check with these following conditions when you're exploring:
1. what season is it currently (Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring) because it directly changes your temperature bar
2. is your food bar and water bar filled enough so you can safely explore
3. do you have the proper gear to do exploring.

The command to enter the ''Raid'' world is simple, /warp raid. When you're teleported, the next step is typing in the command /rtp (random teleport). You are then randomly teleported at some location, and here, it really depends on your luck. You can be randomly teleported into the depths of the sea, in a cave, or on a very high mountain which can cause your temperature bar to go down.
If you want to play it safe, I suggest that you exit the safe zone at /warp raid and go on foot!
On your way, you might encounter dangerous Lycanites mobs, dungeons, weird buildings...all of this I shall be posting at further notice.
 
For now, I think I have explained most of the basics you should know.

Thanks for votes, WIPE will not take place, we will check again in 1-2 months. Seems that most players on Discord also don't want a WIPE.

Update: Added dynamic launcher libraries. Reduces launcher file size from ~11MB to ~850KB. If you're unsure what I mean, here's a short explanation. The launcher downloads the libraries it uses instead of including them in the executable.

Hi, on what platform is it built?

I’m building it on windows at the moment, but it’s written in Java. Before release I’m going to test on Windows, MacOS, and Linux. I’m also going to have it packed into an exe and possibly a macOS app.
 
Edit: I also use Maven for building the jar executable. I use the maven central and jcenter repos for downloading libs for the launcher

New CraftersLand Launcher
This is a new launcher for the CraftersLand servers and community. As of right now it is not official, yet.
The launcher is currently a work in progress and will be available for public beta testing sometime in the near future.

Warning: This reply is not harassment or something else... This is what I see from my side.
Chefbutter, don't get me wrong, but I think you wasted your time to make this post, as you said, its not first time when here are complaints about mike, I personally also created one.
The issue is that nothing will be done about him, for him it works as when he got harassed, he punishes straight away, when someone else got harassed, he don't care and is doing nothing. (Explained this in my topic where I was complaining about mikewerf). I made complain about him on 22th of June, and even today (1th of July) here are no replies from managers, as I understand they will not be looking into cases where players are complaining about mikewerf.
So from my perspective making this topic was just waste of your time, suddenly turns out I also wasted my time when I been creating my topic.


Note for staff: If you find this as harassment, please note that this reply was not created to harass someone, I just said what I see from my side of view, if say it with other words, what you made me to see.

Inappropriate punishment
Hello dear staff members and everyone else who is reading this.
Pre-story
Couple days ago I was punished by warning + god mode removal for "PvP Scamming" from staff opinion, (Aka Self protection in my opinion). I was being attacked while having god mode on, then turning it off so I could be able to also do damage and possibly kill players after they do damage to me, staff (mikewerf and EPICfighters) found it as rule violation... Day before I was told by mike that what I was doing is rule violation, soo I stopped immediately and didn't do it again. The next day I received warning and my god mode was removed, due to "PvP Scamming" as staff said.
I contacted EPIC, explaining that they were attacking me first, and not me them, he just didn't care about that, he just said they did investigation and found me guilty, and during the investigation they never contacted me to ask at least one question to understand what happened from my side.
My opinion
In my opinion, It was not PvP scam because maybe when I have god mode on, people can't do damage to me, but when I turning it off, and they hit me at least once and see that now I am taking damage, just from thinking a bit it is possible to understand that if before they were not able to do damage to me, but when they did now and been able + in additional me having sword and armour on me, it is possible to simply understand that possible PvP may be going on now.
In last situation, when someone tried to attack me, I never killed that person, I did damage to him. After he hit me with his sword, I shoot him with my bow to make damage to him (While having god OFF (He did damage to me)), and after that he just started saying that I am cheater and I am having god mode on.. (I don't think it was my issue that with his sword he did less damage to me cause I also had armour, then me to him with my bow that was enchanted when he possibly did not had any armour (Maybe he had power suit that was invisible, not sure...) (He for sure didn't had chestplate cause he had jetpack there).. He did damage to me, I shoot him back to defense myself and show him to not attack me... (I did damage to him, I did not kill him)
 
Complain about mikewerf
For the past time, I see more people that are coming on on me and starting harrasing me, mikewerf as staff member that has been checking logs 2 times as I know (was told by him), he been seeing only when I did something wrong, and punishing me (Example: inappropriate nickname (No, I am not complaining about it, it is just example, I am taking responsibility about it)). While seeing when I was doing something wrong, he "never saw" those people that were harrasing me, even after talking with EPICfighter about this, he told that he will gonna tell mike to punish them, and here we are 2/3 days after and they are not punished yet, so its only shows me inappropriate work of staff member (No harrasment, I am saying what I see from my side). He sees only when I am doing something, and not looking on other players. (Screenshots added)
 
 
From my opinion, I been too nice to other people (Yes, maybe sometimes I was rude, but at least I was one of those who is not staff and been next to people when they needed help and tried to help them when needed, and tried to respect everyone), but when I see such a behavior to my address from staff member and disrespect (while at that point I been respecting every staff member), it is just something.. I am pretty disappointed about all this situation, I was hoping I would never be needed to make complain about an staff member, but sometimes you have to do what you have to.
 
EPICfighter, I am sorry (please don't get me wrong), but I would like to request other manager to review this topic if that is possible.

I've been on the server for about a month now and in that time i started not knowing that RLcraft even was to having completed most objectives i had set myself even becoming Baltop 1 which was quite easy if i do say so due to the current position the player market is in.
I have seen a countless number of players come and go, not because the server is bad but merely because players have everything, its so easy to obtain endgame gear due to it being on the market, this isn't the fault of the players or the mods but merely the fault of time.. i believe its been around 8 months since the last server wipe and feel that its a bit overdue to say the least i feel the RLcraft server has gotten more popular and more busy therefore making this a perfect time to wipe, It makes old players not leave as its a brand new beginning and new players feel apart of the community and actually feel like they're helping to build the server up, it might even attract old players to come back, i feel a server wipe would overall be beneficial for every single player in the long run.
i am writing this post not as someone who is still playing, but as one of the players who are leaving with hopes to return once a wipe has occurred.

Similarly, if it wasn't for World Edit, it was obviously someone on staff. And it's true, I have no proof of when you were at my house with him / vanish, I wish I had taken photos :(, but I'm not saying it was you, I just suspect

Let me know if your listing limit works fine, I had some complaints that it was only using the default limit of 5 listings, and I did another update for this issue.

I actually dont care too much about the items and i dont even know the complete list, i just wanted to make the market better.
You made the server better with your contribution, thank you for your work.

The duplicate page issue is now patched, also fixed expire display time to show above 24h.
I also included some official fixes:
Now support reloading the config. Added basic command to view currernt tax /um info No more errors in console when running some commands from console. If your inventory is full you can't buy or remove listings. Fixed negative price bug  A owner can not remove their listing if someones already bought it. If you want us to refund your lost items just post a list of lost stuff.

To be honest, it's not really the server's problem nor responsibility because you had a full inventory at the time you clicked ''Return all items''. 
Also, you have to have in mind that the listings are removed after 7 days they have been listed.
So next time be more careful.
P.S. If someone really wants to see the market, he'll just keep clicking ''Next page''.

Sorry for the lost items, if you post a list of what you lost we can refund them. As of the plugin bug, it's a third party software, we will have some updates for it in the near future, so far on some servers the pages duplicate themselves, we will try to get the developer to fix this or fix it ourselves if possible.
