Note: I died at 4:51 pm, everything was fine just minutes before I died by accident in spawn. So at 4:45 everything was totally fine. -

As I went to open my backpack I was holding the dagger you use to draw blood from yourself to fill the alter. I was at a heart when I went to spawn, tried to open my backpack but I had the dagger in my hand still by accident, stabbed myself as it opened and died in spawn, I was unable to break my gravestone and get my items back as I did not have perms to break objects there.
