Twilight Dimension not generating Boss

I made a cake to go to the Twilight Dimension,killed some bosses and when i got to the snow queen, the tower she was supposed to be in was only half generated so i couldn't fight her and continue what i had to do in this dimension.I don't know if there is a way to regenerate the dimension but can you help me with this ? I linked a screenshot of how it generated
