I believe this is a significant misunderstanding, and I request a fair opportunity to clarify the situation. 1. Trust Removal and Claim Transfer The claim in question was originally entrusted to [b0nkss], but due to her repeated actions of taking high-tier loot without informing us, we had no choice but to remove her trust. To resolve this issue, the claim was later transferred to me. This decision was solely to protect our resources and was not intended to harm or inconvenience anyone. [Base coordinates :- 3926, 69, 5369] 2. Accusation of Cheating It has been stated that logs indicate cheating on my part. However: I have not been shown these logs or provided any concrete evidence of the alleged cheating. I categorically deny these accusations and respectfully request that the logs be reviewed thoroughly. I also ask for the evidence to be shared with me to allow for a transparent resolution of the matter. 3. XP Farm Allegation You claimed there was an XP farm under our base, which is against the rules. Here are the facts regarding this: While it is true that an XP farm was accidentally created, it was non-functional and never used. It was ignored because it served no purpose and was not intentionally built to violate the rules. It is inconsistent that other bases with similar setups face no penalties, yet our base was entirely removed for a harmless oversight. 4. Behavior of Admin HiR0B0MBiDAS The behavior of admin HiR0B0MBiDAS during this issue has been unusual and concerning. It seems like we are being treated unfairly, almost as if we are being singled out or treated as enemies. Instead of helping to resolve the issue or providing evidence, the admin has acted in a way that feels biased. This has made the situation more frustrating and difficult for us. The behavior of Admin HiR0B0MBiDAS throughout this issue has been concerning and appears biased: He often bans players for unclear reasons or without proper investigation. Many players, including myself, feel targeted and hesitant to report issues due to fear of retaliation. In this case, the actions of the admin feel personal, as though I am being unfairly singled out or treated as an enemy. 5. Unfair Treatment and Lack of Resolution My posts on the forums regarding this issue were prematurely closed without allowing for further discussion. This denied me the opportunity to explain my side and seek clarity, leaving the matter unresolved. Clearing our entire base and imposing a ban without concrete evidence feels unjust, especially when the situation involves misunderstandings rather than intentional rule-breaking. 6. Evidence of Unfair Treatment After my base was removed, I recorded a 25-minute video documenting the situation. The video includes: Evidence of multiple players (6–8) attacking me, seemingly organized by the same girl (b0nkss) who had earlier caused issues. Clear signs of unfair targeting and harassment by specific players. I am prepared to share this video as proof to support my case. 2. PvP: PvP is allowed, however, you can only engage in PvP in the wilderness. PvP in claimed land is not allowed. You are not allowed to engage in PvP whilst using donator permissions (fly, god, creative mode, ...) or creative influenced items. Punishments: - 1st offence = kick with warning - 2nd offence = 1 hour jail - 3rd offence = 1 day ban - 4th+ offence = 2 day ban "According to the server rules, PvP is not allowed in claimed land. My base was claimed, yet 6 players, including 'b0nkss', entered and engaged in PvP with me, taking my items in the process. This clearly violates the PvP rules of the server." Review the Evidence Transparently: Conduct a thorough and transparent review of the situation, including the logs and my video evidence. Share any allegations or evidence of cheating with me to allow for a proper defense. Reconsider Ban and Base Removal: Reevaluate the decision to ban us and remove our base, as it seems to be based on incomplete or misinterpreted information. Address Admin Conduct: Investigate the behavior of Admin HiR0B0MBiDAS to ensure all players are treated fairly and without bias. We respect the server rules and the efforts of the staff, but this situation could have been handled better. I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I recently encountered on the server. After defeating the Ender Dragon with great effort, I successfully obtained the Dragon Egg. Following this, I proceeded to hatch the egg, which seemed to work fine initially. However, when I tried to carry the hatched entity and later attempted to respawn it, it did not appear as expected. Upon seeking advice from other players, I relogged into the server as suggested, but the issue persisted. The Dragon Egg and the hatched dragon were both missing. I reported this matter to an admin, who advised me to create a ticket for further investigation, and here I am. I kindly request you to look into this matter. I spent considerable time and effort obtaining and hatching the Dragon Egg, and it is disheartening to lose it due to unforeseen circumstances.
