Your Name: CJBintheHouse Item Name + ID + Amount: Power Amulet, Power Orb, Greater Band of Aura Base coordinates: X: -1277 Y: 80 Z: 5700 Description of Issue: I was fighting a frostmaw and had an angelheart vial, the vial got consumed and it saved me from dying but for some reason a gravestone was created and I didn't die, didn't give me a deathpoint, didn't give me a key, and it put my baubles in the gravestone and nothing else. Very weird
