Deep Dark Portal Glitch: Void Death

I recently got a deep dark portal and i decided to use it, so when i got into the deep dark it was fine but when i came back i was in the void with my stuff to be seen nowhere,

 

can someone please help or explain?

Hello, this is a glitch if you use the deepdark portal back it sends you to the void. If you ever go to it again please use ./is or ./spawn to get out. I can refund you the items, please give me a list of items lost.
