Crash And Lose Stuff On Return From Deep Dark

I was in the deep dark checking on an ender quarry my friend had setup. I did /is home to return but as I was changing dimensions I crashed. When I logged back I fell out of the world and now I can't get my stuff back.

 

The items I had were:

 

Full set of Zivicio armor

TiCon crossbow: plastic head, pokefennium (or manyullyn?) body, obsidian binding, flamestring

TiCon bolts: manyullyn bolt core, slime fletching

 

The other things were minor like baked potatoes (9)

 

If somebody could help me with this it would be much appreciated.
