Lost Solar Panel - Not Sure Why.

Description of Issue: I broke the solar panel with the correct tool which is a pickaxe and mine is a iron tinkers tool with diamond and redstone applied, i broke it to move it and it just dissapeared!

Evidence (optional, but recommended): Sorry to be a pain but i have no evidance, maybe the logs could help me out,
