No Grave upon death

Description of Issue: While entering the Beneath Dimension, I was spawned into a wall and was unable to break it before suffocating. Upon return, the grave that should have been there due to death was not and all of my items have now disappeared, without any sign of where they may be. My inventory had some machines and some other items but my main loss was a nearly full durability set of Supremium Armor.
