IC2 Scanner storage

i have spent for the past week a few hours a day making generators and recycles then used the mats and time to craft the matter fabricator replicator and scanner, i cannot scann anything due to the fact that i need the scanner storage which would be incredibly easy to craft except it requires two mining lasers although mining lasers are turned off for the server i would like to request two mining lasers or just a scanner storage please
