Island problem

I started playing on this server yesterday. Today i logged in, but i can't use home, i tried to get help from online chat, but noone who know the solution. I can't warp to my island. If i'm using /is spawn, i get this:

Location is not safe.

Are you sure you want to teleport here? 

 

How can i say yes,or anything?
