Wither Spawn Noise unbearable.

Can we get the spawn noise for withers turned off? Someone thinks its funny to spam it all day long most likely using a spawning machine in space.  It makes it impossible to hear anything really because its so loud and bad that I have to end up turning my sound off.  If turning off the wither sound isnt an option perhaps ban the items that make them spawn? Just some thoughts for the tekkit server.  -Jaycubix
