Item Name + Amount: Builder + 1
Coordinates (format x, y, z): dropped item at spawn and it deleted
Coordinates of Death Tablet placed in a chest: dropped item at spawn and it deleted
Description of Issue: Me and the bois dropped a builder at spawn and it just diseapeared not knowing why
