BloodMagic Missing Item on Spawn Store

I was trying to make the blood altar tier 6 from bloodmagic but I have a problem, theres no recipe for Crystal Cluster and Crystal Cluster Brick, I tryed search any info about that and only found people that says the dev of mod never put the recipe and only can get this item by gamemode, so I was thinking if theres a chacne to put this two items for sell in the spawn island

you can make the crystal cluster you need a demon crucible and a demon crystallizer
