Mob Spawning

Hey there, I was wondering if you guys could edit the amount of mobs that can spawn. for example i went to the deep are and end and nether. Not a single mob in the deep dark. I was trying to look for a mob spawner spent a whole day couldnt find one. Went to the nether, not a single mob or fortress. And then went to the end, the only mob was the chaotic dragon that I summoned.

if you could fix that, it would be amazing.
