Description of Issue: Set up a mob farm via mechanical user (extra utilities 2) with a tinkers weapon, got hit a few times, was locked out of using chests (PvP mode from mechanical user). Upon re-logging to solve that issue, I instantly died even though I had health remaining. Upon re-spawning, my entire inventory was lost, with no grave to be found in the chunk. All nearby inventories were checked to no avail.
