remove BC pipes that can cause lag problems

idea is to remove the BC pipes  from DW20 1.7.10

reasoning behind this is what  probably every experienced player knows, they are very problematic for the server if not used EXACTLY right

and since there are lots of alternatives for these pipes, i suggest  them to be removed / banned

this is about the item and fluid pipes of  BC transport
