Trapped in Nether portal

Reason: Upon returning from my nether portal for the first time, I returned to the over world in someone elses base with gates in front of the portal, the area is claimed so the gates cant be opened or broken and because i'm in a portal I cant open the command console or any menus and have no cursor so cant accept tpahere requests.
