Login Problem (Corrupted chunk?)

So when traveling, I got logged out and received the error; the server you were on has failed, you have been put onto a fallback server. 

I'm now getting; [proxy] lost connection to server. when trying to log back in.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I managed to fix it with unstuck. 

 

The Co-ordinates for the chunk I was in/near re X:-85 Z:1497.

 

Judging by at least 1 other post I'm not the only one who's had issues here.
