Reason for request: The claim owner has not logged in since March 06 2020 and his claim is extremely large in comparison the the relatively small build on the center of it, therefore wasting a huge amount of space where nothing can ever be done. In addition his base is quite close to mine and has been an annoyance when trying to expand in the past, had he logged in I would have just asked him to resize his claim to a more appropriate size, but since I have little hope of him returning I am resorting to this.
