My old account named as "BerkcN" got hacked after using some unoffical launcher so i bought a new account and im trying to get my items back like my items,claims,inv items.

My old account name is "BerkcN" and my new account name is "IWantTESVI" My base was near a man named Fornyro (My Friend)

Can i get my stuff back?
