Spawned dragon through dragon horn and now it's gone

I Spawned my level 5 dragon through dragon horn and now its gone? I tried dragon flute and staff and tried looking for it but i think it's been sespawned. It was named so i don't understand. I can send a clip from my twitch

you relog? sometimes it glitches, if it relogs it puts it back in the horn, also I noticed that it won't spawn and just disappear in claimed chunks. and apparently over dungeons too
