Crashed when activated immersive metal press

Hi!

Well, I cant get in anymore, so estimated coords are 12030, 80, 3840.
But I used the hammer to activate the metal press and then MC crashed over and over upon loading when entering, telling me immersive engineering is causing things.
It's on the first floor of my factory. 

Hope someone can help me!! Maybe a rollback for about 20  or 30 mins ago? I only wanted it for making black iron plates, but it can be done by hand I guess.

It actually says Immersive engineering, Hammer core are the potential causes for the crash.

I tried to get in your island and it crashes my mc to.
