ChunkLoader "X amount saved" not matching actual placed. have multiple extra filling up limit.

Was using the Yeta Wrench's shift R-click feature to pick up MineFactory Reloaded chunkloaders. After i picked up nearly all of my chunkloaders, i realized it was not pinging me with a "Chunk loader removed. X amount saved of X amount max" system entry. I then realized that the system log wasnt registering me picking any up, so now i am stuck with quite a few chunkloaders filling up my "X amount out of X max" limit while not actually having them placed. Idk if there is anything that can be done on my end, but was suggested there likely wasnt.  Need chunk loader saved data reset.
