Nether portaled into a claim and now I'm stuck- can't type or do anything

I created a Nether portal on my own claim, and when I entered it, the other side was in someone else's claim, and is surrounded by iron bars which I can't break, so I'm stuck. I can't enter commands, my inventory, or do anything. I would do a /home or /back command, but as I said, I can't do that since I'm not fully in the dimension.
I can at least see my coordinates which are x=-36, z=-296
