items lost : 8 resonant energy cells ( with 0 power )

so basically i had these 8 cells up to the market for sale , and even got the messages that they were listed in the market no problems at all. then few minutes later the server restarted , after i got back on and checked the mail there were nothing. the energy cells were gone as if i never listed them at all. other items that were listed before where there no problems. i even checked my inv and storage in case they were dropped back or something but nope nothing. wondering if the items can be refunded and thanks for your time.
