Time/Date (Post a time/date when everything was fine) (day/month/year): Everything was fine about 2:15 on 9/13/21. I believe the restart was around 2:30.
Description of Issue: Was in Twilight Forest with Phrezer, server reset. Upon spawning back in after the reset, I immediately died, with message "You suffocated in a wall". When I used /back to get to my grave, it was in the Overworld in the ocean. When I reclaimed my grave, I was missing a creative jetpack, which was enchanted with Soulbound. If there is any other information you need, please let me know. Thank you!

In this case a rollback isn't required.

Hello, thank you for your help earlier, unfortunately, a similar event has happened again, only this time in the Overworld. I died fighting a Wither. I had a full set of enchanted Enriched Obsidian Armor, a highly enchanted bow, as well as the jetpack. I'm so sorry for this happening again. I think the soulbound enchant isn't functioning properly with the gravestones mod.

Description: Was fighting Wither in Overworld. Died to wither status effect. Did not respawn with any soulbound items, which was applied to full armor set, bow, and jetpack. Please let me know if there is any other information needed. Thank you!
