Timers from RFTools bricking server

So I was trying to automate the tinkers smeltery with RFtool timers and put down 5 of them and set them to 1-5 tick redstone pulse interval. I don't know for certain that it was the timers but shortly after placing the fifth one the server crashed and seems to be crashing whenever I try to log back on.

Might be related to whatever plugin the server uses to determine when to restart as someone mentioned that it might be linked with TPS
