Vote Restart

Sometimes server goes crazy (for example tps and ping is good, but all broken blocks wont drop an item) and needs to be restarted. Admins react very fast, but to not to bother them all the time could be added vote-restart command? if there is need of restart, lets say 90% of players should vote for restart (if someone is afk or does not read the chat).

hello, you can ping me or any manager on discord to restart the server, and if the tps gets below 5 the server will automatically restart itself.

now about the restart vote, i'll talk with the managers about it and see what they'll say
