Description of Issue:  I was in my mob spawner/room trying to start filling up my new data models and I was killed by an android (I think it was the android) and when I returned to collect my items from the grave there was no grave there, only the colourful outline when I held the key. I tried crouching on it but it did nothing. I didn't screenshot because I didn't thiunk of that at the time and the server started to restart so I went off for the night.
