Description of Issue: I placed an Induction Smelter (Basic) at the coordinates I mentioned above and then walked away. Came back a few minutes later and it was gone, and the blocks I mined out were replaced as if the whole area was reverted. I can't find it in any inventory or chest. Thank you for your assistance.
