Base Coordinates: -92 3034 Description of Issue: i was waiting in my house for bloodmoon to end and my sword fucking disappears from my hands, i didn't drop it, i wasn't hit nothing happened. it just went poof. this was incredibly inconvenient as i had lost many other items just recently and this just adds to it.
