dragon scale impossible to get FTB oceanblock

I was thinking about making creative essence but for that I need dragon egg seeds. to make these I need dragons scales

these should be dropped wenn the dragon is killed but sadly that dousnt happend

I have killed 34 ender dragons so its not because of a lack of trying

If you could buy the scales at spawn that would be great

(or fix the drop chance....)

I hope this can be changed
