Description of Issue: I had my HV Assembler (AAM II) outside my cleanroom and I need to create a launch computer which requires the AAM II be inside a clean room.  So I used my wrench to break the machine and I saw it drop and before it came into my inventory, it disappeared.  I sadly do not have images of it, but if you can check my quest log, you can tell that I have completed the quest to craft the AAM II.
