Ender Quarry Popping Issue

When placing an ender quarry on the 1.7 Direwolf20 server the ender quarry breaks upon right-clicking/activating it. I don't believe this is due to the size as a smaller fence line for the quarry does the same thing. Anyone know the reason to this (lack of storage solution, power, server related)?

i beleave there was a problem with it before the wipe also   wasnt to sure if it got fix or not since  i dont use them  so i couldnt tell ya  but ill try to get on tomm or this weekend to see whats up
