Mana and Artifice item vanished

hi so from the title on, i played the mod "Mana and Artifice" crafted an Eldrin Conduit:Fire, placed it tryed to mine it whit a pickaxe but it vanished. i want a new one becuase it might be bugged and it takes a tiddeus amount to craft.
