Description of what happened: I was exploring when I came across a massive tunnel, so I followed it to see how long it was and I arrived at someones base and was insta shot by a turrent weapon. 

I know there is PVP allowed on the server but the rules say:-

 

PvP is allowed, however, you can only engage in PvP in the wilderness. PvP in claimed land is not allowed.

You are not allowed to engage in PvP whilst using donator permissions (fly, god, creative mode, ...) or creative influenced items.

The base looks like its been made in creative as well as having the PVP on there claim, I don't know why weapons like this are allowed.
