Dragon gem and the fly command

I have both the Dragon gem and the fly command and I can't fly without mana which I find irritating. Is there anyway to remove the flight from the dragon ring so I can continue to ise the flight command

Negative.

 Some of the things you can do tho is make a set of baubles with the arcane quality this will make mana regen faster. You could also carry mana candy or mana gems. Also max out your mana if you havn't already, the max is 500 with dragon ring/gem.

Or you can just take out the dragon ring and use it when you need

i turned it into a gem as i wanted more bauble slots but id be happy to just use the dragon ring instead i didnt know mana was tthe thing you used to fly as im used to 2.8.2 where the ring of fairies just let you fly
