Stuck at Spawn *fixed

Hello,

I have become marooned at spawn.  I started building at y level 1 and decided to delete my original island.  The problem is that I forgot to move my /home.  My bed fell off of the edge and if I /is tp then I just fall to my death.  Can someone please help me get back to my island? Minecraft name is same as forum name.  I have joined the discord as Ksamms if that is an easier way to contact me.  Thank you.
