Description of Issue: I died of hypothermia with my back pack on and now it is on the ground and I cannot access it because it is locked on an admin area.

Thank you for your Request. There is no "hypothermia" on Tekkit. I guess you are talking about RLCraft ? Please reply with the pack you play so that I can move it to the right Sub Forum. Otherwise the right staff member won't be able to help you

It may already be gone. Unfortunatly there are several admin claims. Spawn, and the locations u are taken to by /warp raid and /warp end. If you remember where it was could u doublecheck please if its not there could you tell me what was inside so we can begin the refund process.
