AE2 Crystals taking too long to grow

Been growing AE2 pure quarts crystals for 2 hours now, and they are only at 20%. Something with server is making them take way longer than they are supposed too, a seed shouldn't take a literal real life day to grow. Made hrowth accelerators, cant power them without energy acceptor, cant make that though becuase recipes have been reworked, and would take days to weeks of grinding to create the necessary components.

As IE is in expert mode, this is the correct process and timing.  Since AE2 is considered a game changer in the pack,they put it further out.  Having been through this a few times, you can ask for assistance from other players or grind the wrench that you need to craft controllers and energy acceptors.
