serious Can't Log Into Server

I keep getting this error trying to log into the server...? why? am I banned or something?

I'm able to connect to other servers fine it's just this one that's giving me trouble.

Help please.

If you've already restarted your client and pc. Then try restarting your router. If that fails I don't know what to tell you but hope it works after the wipe.

 

If you were banned it would have told u that u were banned and the reason.

Server has been wiped let us know if you still have issues. T/C
