request dragon ring refund

hello sorry to be a bother but i took advantage of the V-day sale and bought premium so i can use /fly and today i completed my dragon gem  i did not know /fly and dragon gem where not compactable i will drink the potion to get rid of the gem effects but i humbly ask for just the ring back  im not asking for any of the other mats but just the ring
