I LOSE MY INVENTORY PLS HELP

1 year before I teleported to someone whit my golem armor just as the server was shutting down. And i come back i see all my stuff is gone. and i look my ender chess for my second golem armor. It in my ender chest  but i didn't get it from the ballot box. And disconnect from sever.

6 months after this event i joind back to server. I looked in my ender chest  but my all stuff is gone. And all my improvement points .(attack, defense,magic...(its all maxed out)) 

I want my items in my chest returned and my levels restored. Thanks.
