"Your Payment was declined"

Issue: This is not an issue with any of the servers. My issue is that the checkout screen does not work when I try to purchase an item. I keep getting a "Your Payment was declined" prompt. I have tried different browsers, mobile and pc, I have tried using debit cards and credit cards. And before anyone asks, yes all of the cards have funds. Could my location be an issue? I live in the USA.

Try contacting your bank and see if they put any restrictions on it. Have you tried using a different payment method as well, like PayPal?

I tried using PayPal and it wouldn't prompt me to log in, just straight to decline.

Are you sure you have the right information linked to PayPal and have enough funds in your account?

Yes, but an issue is that it doesnt even bring up the prompt for me to log into PayPal as well. goes straight to declines which makes me believe that it doesn't even try to contact my card or PayPal to purchase.
