RFtools world - WorldGuard failed to load

Seems there is an issue when creating RFtools world.
I want to create my own world to put my base there, however WorldGuard fails to load and protects everything.

Any way to fix this??

Looks to be working now, I guess maybe server restart is required before you can do anything on new worlds.
