Enchant command is to be able to enchant items easily.Speed to go fast. The reason for removing the delay between commands is to not wait. Please keep in mind that using /enchant on items makes it creatively influenced, for /day and night you can use `/time set` now. any form of abuse of these permissions would result in a permanent removal and an appropriate punishment.
