Required Item Name: I believe you are supposed to stare at the crystal after it turns from a rock crystal into the blue crystal.
Quest Name: Procure the Prize
Quest Tab Name (and sub tab if exists, ex. space exploration/the moon): Magic and Spellcasting - it looks like a bucket of starlight up in the top left in the Astral Sorcery section
Notices (ex. restricted item or item not accepted): NA
Solution (if you have any possible) : Not that I'm aware of, all the forums I've read say its bugged and to enable questedit to mark it complete.
