I had no problem with it and tested it in both the overworld, nether, mining dim and end. The digital miner is not banned in any dimensions on ATM6, just as you said it's not on the list provided here in the ATM6 restricted Items list Could you please try it out again and provide some feedback? If you still can't make it work, then it would be much appreciated if you gave a detailed description of how to replicate the issue Remember that the digital miner needs to have a filter tag inside, while provided with power before you hit the start button.
